Service Catalog
The Service Catalog is your stable's price list. It defines what you charge for everything from basic boarding to farrier visits and extra services.
Boarding Contracts
Boarding Contracts tell the system how much to charge a specific horse every single month automatically.
Manual Charges & Ledger
Throughout the month, clients accumulate variable charges for things that aren't fixed monthly rent, like vet visits, farrier appointments, or buying extra feed. These sit in an "unbilled ledger" until the end of the month.
Invoice Generation
Instead of manually building invoices line-by-line, the system uses an automated consolidation approach.
Credit Notes
Because the system enforces strict accounting laws, you cannot simply delete an invoice once it has been legally issued to a client. Instead, you must reverse it using a Credit Note.
Billit Integration
For most horse owners, the built-in PDF invoice (with a GiroCode QR code to scan-and-pay) is all you need. But if a client is a business β a riding school, a transport company, a trainer operating as a company β Belgian law increasingly requires you to send them a structured e-invoice instead of a plain PDF. Billit is the service that handles that for you: it transmits your invoices over the Peppol network and keeps your bookkeeping in sync.
